January Nutrition Kickstart

2020 is upon us and we're ready to make this your BEST YEAR YET!
Join us for a 6 week Nutrition Kickstart to set your year off on the right foot with some speedy results, improved habits and a fresh mindset.
Your Nutrition Challenge will Include:
- A set up seminar to get the deets on exactly how it all works, what to eat and how to get the best results with our qualified and experienced Nutrition coach Dani! 730pm Tues 7th (Or Live on Facebook for those at home!)
- Baseline measurements, health indicators and goal setting at the beginning of the challenge
- Your customised calorie calculation based on your individual measurements and activity levels
- Weekly challenges to layer on your nutrition skills and knowledge like water intake, protein goals and more!
- Daily accountability to your group - you will report your results to the team each day - this is the key to success
- Feedback from Dani to help reach your goals
- End of challenge progress report and tips to stay on track long term
How will it work:
- You will receive your customised calorie calculation and resources to help you choose the right foods
- Each day your goal will be to track your food in the app "myfitnesspal" and aim to land within 100 cals of your target by choosing healthy whole foods
- You will aim to eat 2 servings of fruit & 5 servings of veg each day
- You will post a screenshot in the group of your calories from MFP to keep you accountable
- You will post about any weekly challenge efforts
- There will be a consistency winner and a results winner.
