November Nutrition Challenge

The CFLH 30 Day Nutrition Challenge is here!

For 30 Days, we will work hard to cut down on the main culprits that inhibit our success. Sugar, Junk Food and Alcohol.

Before the challenge begins, we will take measurements and body fat %. We will declare our intent - what are you trying to achieve in this challenge? And then we will get to work eating as healthy and clean as we can for 30 days!

POINTS SYSTEM: Points up for grabs daily (max 10) try to get as many as possible!
5 Nutrition Points - Take one point off for each cheeky food eaten
2 Exercise Points - 2 Points for class, 1 point for home workouts
1 Vegetable Point - Eat your greens and score this point!
1 Weekly Challenge Point - We will have different food focuses each week to reset and refocus, reach this goal each day to score this point.
1 Accountability Point - Maybe the most important, log your score and post your food diary to the group.

Each challenger will receive a food list to guide the best foods to be eating, measurements and body fat testing to track progress, a macro calculations guide for those who want to delve deeper, points tracking and a private group to share meals, recipes and troubleshoot our challenges!

Friends and family welcome to get involved, joining just the nutrition program or nutrition + membership so they can train with us 3x a week for maximum results over the 30 days. It's easier when we're all in it together!
